Maintenance records are legal documents. A logbook entry can ground an airplane, settle a liability dispute, or put a certificate on the line. IntelliSquawk was built from the first line of code so the record is trustworthy, and so you can prove it. No marketing fog.

Tamper-Evident Records
AD compliance signatures are written to an append-only, hash-chained ledger: each record sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint that includes the one before it, like links welded into a chain. Every signature is step-up authenticated and immutably logged. Alter a past record and the math stops matching.
Identity At The Signature
IntelliSquawk supports multi-factor authentication, and the regulatory signing path requires an identity step-up at the moment of signing. The authority is tied to the signer's actual credential, the A&P and the IA endorsement where it applies, not assumed from a job title.

Our electronic signature and recordkeeping approach is designed around the FAA's guidance in Advisory Circular 120-78A. We give your shop a system engineered to meet that bar. We do not claim the FAA mandates digital signatures, and we never will.
Your Data Stays Yours
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on managed cloud infrastructure with restricted, authenticated access. We don't sell your shop's data. Where aggregated insights are used to improve reliability, that use is de-identified and your individual records remain yours.

A human owns every signature. The software prepares the record. A certificated person signs it. We do not, and will not, auto-sign on anyone's behalf.
